All produced Hemisphere need to have Certificates of supplier which show check all requirements and standards according these Inspection procedures.
Dimensional Tolerance:
All hemispheres should be according Drawing Map accordingly.
Chemical Composition:
Chemical Composition should be have according AMS 4911 (Below Table) – Ti64 Plate

Tensile Property:
The tensile specimen should be made according to the ASTM E 8 standard

Inspection testing procedure explained on paragraph 6 (note 6) of ASTM E 8 and should be accordingly.
- RT Test:
RT Test should be according ASME SEC 5 Article 2
- VT Test:
Vt Test should be according Visual Examination Article 9
Note: It should be noted that no cracks in the material and reduction of the local thickness of the material outside the dimensions of the map are acceptable
- Packing:
All products should be packed in suitable packing which can cover in acceptable situation to avoid on any damage during transportation and shipping and should not have any deforming or damage on any of hemisphere. In packing should manage and put forklift fork which can handle transportation in safe mood.
